Sandow Properties began in 2018 with a single home, a shared dream, and the belief that property done right is never just business — it's stewardship.
What started as a husband-and-wife side project in 2018 has grown, one careful decision at a time, into a portfolio of ten units — each one bought, prepared and managed by our own hands.
We've handled every lease, met every tenant, walked every inspection and taken every late-night call ourselves. That hands-on history is our real qualification. We don't outsource what matters, because the people who own the properties should be the people who care for them.
Along the way, other homeowners started asking if we'd look after their properties too. That's how our management arm was born — a natural extension of the same trusted, hardworking approach we've always taken to our own.

Every home in our portfolio was chosen with intention — not to flip, but to keep. We believe in properties that are looked after for the long haul, tenants who feel at home, and owners who sleep well at night knowing someone honest is on the other end of the phone.
